Aspheera Group is committed to handling personal data with restraint and discretion. This policy describes what data is collected when you interact with aspheera.cc and how it is handled.
4.1 — Public Inquiry Intake
The public contact form transmits and stores the email address and inquiry text you provide. Organization and requested division are optional. Aspheera also records the applicable notice version, consent time, submission time, a privacy-preserving keyed representation of the source address, and a limited browser identifier for delivery, routing, abuse prevention, and security. A submission is reported as accepted only after it has been committed to the operational intake database.
Temporary notice: the inquiry channel is operational while the permanent legal identity, retention schedule, and privacy wording remain under review. Submit only information necessary for Aspheera to understand and respond to the inquiry.
4.2 — Server Logs
Access to aspheera.cc is logged at the server level. These logs may include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser identifiers. Logs are retained for operational and security purposes and are not used for profiling or analytics beyond infrastructure monitoring.
4.3 — Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics services, or advertising networks. The personnel portal uses a secure HTTP-only session cookie for authentication and local browser preferences for public language and theme. Authentication and inquiry data are not transmitted to third-party analytics or advertising services.
4.4 — Data Retention
Accepted inquiries and their handling history are retained in the protected operational database while the inquiry is processed and while a permanent, owner-approved retention and deletion schedule is being established. No public deletion or export endpoint is currently available. Server logs are rotated on a routine operational schedule. This temporary position will be replaced by a fixed purpose-specific schedule after legal review.
4.5 — Your Rights
To raise a privacy or data-handling request during this temporary phase, use the public contact form, select General inquiry, and clearly identify the request in the inquiry text. Aspheera may use the submitted reply address to verify the request before acting. This temporary process and notice remain subject to legal review.

During the temporary operational phase, legal correspondence and data-protection requests may be submitted through the public contact form as a General inquiry. A permanent legal-contact identity and address still require owner-supplied entity details and review by qualified counsel.
